Who else will Kabuto summon?

Wite Akatsuki's revival we have a formidable force against the Shinobi alliance. But, afterwards Kabuto states "Quite a line up of powerful men...and they're not even the full set of my pawns." This pretty much guarentees we will have more revival. So who else is powerfull enough to join this force?

It can't be any of the Hokage's since their sealed up by Shikki Fujin so who else is powerful enough.

My prediction:

Hanzo- The man who spared the Sannin's and gave them their name.
Sakumo Hatake- The man is famous as the sannin themselves, known as the White Fang.
Jiraya- Why not, their's nothing stopping Kabuto from bringing him back and he can have an emotional reunion with Naruto just like Sasuke with Itachi.
Predict away.

Probably more Akatsuki members at the most. Maybe if he is able to find Hidans body.

Kabuto might even go through the trouble becoming like Pain, and killing random ninjas to use as bodies to fight along side of him.
But in all seriousness, Jiraiaya is not a factor. He's at the bottom of a lake/pond/river. I can see him most likely using Danzous body. His blood is pretty much everywhere on the rocks back at the bridge where he fought Sasuke.

Yeah, I think it'd be some Akatsuki members being S-Ranked.
