description: only the greatest of these ninjas can master this technique like the sharingan the drakinkyugan has two ultimate techniques seal in each eye in the left eye is the ultimate dragon this jutsu the users drakinkyugan left eye turns from forest green to pitch black and the dragon shaped pupil tunrs from a black dragon to a tigers blood red dragon and blood drips from there eye then a small portal opens right where the left eye is it then gets larger larger and larger then two dragon hands grab each end of the portal and out of the portal comes a beautiful angelic dragon this dragon is the guard of heaven who prevents anyone not welcome from entering heavens sanctuary for the lost lives this dragon has multiple special abilities for one it has the power of light using and can use the natural light from the sun as well to strengthen itself this dragon can also use tchniques like us here is the list of its powers

heavenly dragon art: heavens gate

description: the dragon emits a roar and suddenly two golden gate doors sprout from the ground and form a gate that closes and locks shut in front of the summoner of this dragon or the dragon itself this gate can block any attack no matter how powerful it is

NOTE: this technique can only be used twice per battle twice so that the dragon and the user can be protected

heavenly dragon art: stream blast of peace

description: the dragon opens its mouth as wide as possible and a blindingly bright orb of light forms in its mouth the dragon fires this orb if it comes into contact with the opponent it will suddenly disapear before there eyes but what the dont know is that the orb exploded into tiny little sparkles of light that enter inside of the enemies body through both the pores on there skin and inhaling the sparkles when the summoner of the dragon snapsthere fingers the sparkles suddenly freeze from the moisture in the persons body freezing them on the inside shutting down there organs from hypothermia

NOTE: can only use this jutsu once per battle and if this jutsu is succesful its an automatic win for the user

description: the dragon has full control of every part of its body it moves its scales like solar panels and focuses the suns solar lightns and the scakes redirect the light into the opponents eyes and magifies the light so much that they temporarily burn and blind the persons eyes for 5 poists

heavenly dragon art: gods judgement

description: the dragon disapears from nowhere and grabs the opponent and sends them to heaven where they see the god of heaven they are then put to judgement and finds them guilty then the dragon sends them to the fiery pits of hell to burn for all eternity

NOTE: can only be used once per battle if jutsu succesful automatic win for user

downsides: the user feels excrutiating pain in there left eye area and experiences migraines and loses eyesight in there left eye temporarily
