Ace's Jungle spider path enheters the building of the Shibuki he would seem to be the rightfull leader,having the apperance of a Human.He knew that if his master didn't want and allies to help him that he had to get them.Ace Hungered for war and that is all.He didn't want peace,he wanted to rule the world with a iron fist nothing the less,the waterfall has built a power full army of Shonobi to protect the village and attack villages.This Army is estimated to be about 10k strong although waterfall refuses to let out there full force aginst someone this army would surly crush all who stood in our way.But here a humble,leader stands waiting for peoples diplomatic relations he would speak words of wisdom nothing else."Anyone who comes before me.....Must state your reason if there are any diplomatic....relations..then I request that you join my empire...If not your village will go down with the rest..nothing will survive..
